1.Rope Yarn/Fishing Net/Shade Net/Mesh Bag Net/Anti-bird Net: The machine can produce different size of PP,HDPE virgin or recycled monofilament,fishing yarn, which is widely used in finishing
net,plastic twine,plastic rope,safety net. Monofilament Yarn and its finished rope and net products are widely used in Agriculture and marine aquaculture filed.

Screw and barrel: material 38CrMoAlA with nitrogen treatment 

Spinneret : SUS630 material, no deform working in high temperature, surface of hole more smoothly, more stable drawing
Streching Roller:

1. All steel roller treated with Hard chromium plated and mirror treatment , thickness is 0.06mm,High hardness, wear resistant and scratch resistant

 2. heavy load self-aligning roller bearing ,bearing capacity is 8-10 times to plain bearing, service life can be more than 10 years

3.Force lubrication system with oil pump: Lubricating gear and bearing full time, no need maintenance

4. Transmission structure: hardened helical gear transmission, running stable, low noise, longer life
Control System: Traditional mechanical control and Intelligent HMI control 2 kinds of control system based on customer's different requirements.
